Glad you asked! Letterpress is a relief printing process where text and images are printed with type, blocks or plates. A raised surface holds ink that is then pressed into the paper using a machine. Paper is fed by hand into the press giving each print a unique character.

We utilize a collection of over 200 fonts of lead and wood type as well as graphic engravings. All of these tools make up our means of production. It’s meaningful for us to put these tools into use everyday by sharing them with our community. We don’t own this knowledge, but it is our turn to carry it.
